Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

NMEDA has arranged a room block and rate for attendees at the Hilton, our host hotel for the conference (see rates, deadlines and booking info below). Additionally, we are very pleased to announce that each NMEDA attendee in our room block will receive a FREE $25 gift card at check-in, good at any of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets.

The Hilton has just completed a $25 million renovation aimed at evolving and elevating the resort’s offerings for guests. The property’s expansive resort-style pool areas had new flooring and decking installed and now offer increased seating and lounge chair capacity. New furniture, landscaping, semi-covered loungers and a cascading waterfall were also added. The cabana suites underwent a ground-up renovation with updated flooring, bathroom fixtures, and showers.

NMEDA Room Rates:

  • Single/Double

    $174 / night
  • Triple

    $184 / night
  • Quad

    $194 / night

Rates are good through February 2nd or until the room block sells out.
Book your rooms online HERE or contact the Hilton directly at 386.254.8200 and mention the group code NMEDA.

Hotel Scams

SHORT VERSION: NMEDA has contracted a room block with the Hilton only. NMEDA has NO affiliation with any other organizations and in no way endorses their services. Under no circumstances do we provide attendee or member information to any third party companies. These companies harvest this information on their own and then use it to perpetrate scams. Don’t fall for it.

LONG VERSION: It has come to our attention that several companies inaccurately representing themselves as our “housing vendor” are contacting individuals in the community, soliciting business. Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the NMEDA block on your behalf, or even offer you a discount from the NMEDA rate.

If you are contacted by a hotel pirating company or any housing group, recognize that they are not endorsed by NMEDA, and, despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. NMEDA does not initiate calls to sell sleeping rooms and under no circumstances is a full non-refundable payment at time of reservation required.

If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged, but you may not have a reservation when you arrive in Daytona Beach. This is a scam. Reservations for the NMEDA 2018 Annual Conference & Expo should be made directly with Hilton Daytona Beach, either by phone or via our web reservation system.
