Conference attendees will receive exclusive access to our discounted hotel room block after completing registration. Reservation details will be provided in your conference confirmation email.
NMEDA ROOM RATES:
Enjoy a special conference rate of $239+ per night. Use the reservation link provided in your registration confirmation to book your room.

The hotel has a limited number of ADA rooms. All requests for ADA compliant rooms (including roll-in shower) must be made at the time of reservation and will be accepted based on availability.
This discounted rate is available for your stay up to three days before and three days after the event.

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 10 miles from the host hotel.
ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION FOR NMEDA CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:

Additionally, if you prefer to rent a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) for personal use during your stay, rental options are available for qualified attendees.
