Vocational rehab registration works differently
VR counselors and agency staff do not register or pay online. Because agency attendance runs through an approval and purchasing process, NMEDA provides a downloadable registration form that you route internally, then send back to us. We confirm your registration and bill your agency directly.
Download, complete, and return your form
Download the registration form, fill it in, have it signed by your approving authority, and email it back to NMEDA. Purchase orders are accepted. A group rate applies when three or more attendees come from the same agency, note all attendees on a single form.
