It's hands-on time with real equipment, guided by experienced instructors who have been doing this work for years. The NMEDA Conference & Expo technician training summit is built for the people who actually do the installations. The ones who need real reps, not slides.
Sessions are kept small on purpose. Every participant gets direct hands-on time. Add training sessions to your registration early. They fill up fast.

BraunAbility Service Methodology
Offered alongside the Summit & Rodeo in OrlandoThis course equips service personnel with a structured troubleshooting framework to ensure efficient, first time repair completion. Participants will learn how to gather accurate customer information, apply logical diagnostic steps, and effectively use BraunAbility resources, all while working in alignment with the BraunAbility Service Policy.
Service Methodology is run by BraunAbility. It is not part of NMEDA's technician program, and it carries its own agenda and its own certificate.
Required prerequisites: BraunAbility Service Specialist (BSS) or Commercial Certification
