Two days of hands-on technician training at the 2027 NMEDA Conference and Expo, Thursday, January 21 to Friday, January 22, 2027, at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. Sessions are taught by the manufacturers, including BraunAbility, Q'STRAINT, Sure Grip and Vantage Mobility.

Group sizes are limited, so seats are first come, first served. Choose your option below. You can register for technician training on its own, add the full conference and expo, or add the BraunAbility Service Methodology course.

Combined, Technician Training Summit & Rodeo plus the full Conference and Expo: Thursday, January 21 to Sunday, January 24, 2027.

Both days of technician training plus all three days of the conference and expo.

BraunAbility Service Methodology is a separate training course run by BraunAbility, offered alongside the Technician Training Summit & Rodeo. It is not part of NMEDA's technician program, and it carries its own agenda and its own certificate.

You can register for it on its own, or take the combined option and do both the Summit & Rodeo and Service Methodology while you are in Orlando.

This course equips service personnel with a structured troubleshooting framework to ensure efficient, first time repair completion. Participants will learn how to gather accurate customer information, apply logical diagnostic steps, and effectively use BraunAbility resources, all while working in alignment with the BraunAbility Service Policy.

Required prerequisites: BraunAbility Service Specialist (BSS) or Commercial Certification
