Your conference registration gives you full access to the conference experience, including conference proceedings, educational sessions, the Expo Hall, and special events such as the Live Auction, Hall of Fame celebration, and Banquet.

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, December 23, 2026 are eligible for a refund.

There are two registration desks in Orlando. The main registration desk handles full conference check-in. A separate desk handles pre-conference and remote check-in. Your pre-conference logistics email names the desk you need. Both are signposted at the venue.

The discounted room block is available to registered attendees. Once you complete registration, your confirmation email includes the reservation link. The NMEDA nightly rate starts at $245.

Yes, though the hotel has a limited number of ADA rooms. All requests for ADA-compliant rooms, including roll-in showers, must be made when you reserve and are filled based on availability. Reserve early if you need one.
