Give your driver the address, not the hotel name
There are three Rosen hotels in the Orlando area, and two of them sit near each other on International Drive. Searching “Rosen” in Uber or Lyft has sent attendees to the wrong property. Before you confirm your ride, check that the destination reads 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819. If it shows an International Drive address, it is the wrong hotel. The same goes for taxis and car services.
