Pre-Conference: Technician Training Summit & Rodeo and Allied Health Professionals

Remote Registration Desk
A second registration desk located near the Wekiwa meeting rooms for pre-conference attendees. Check in and grab your badge without heading back to the main desk.
Technician Training Summit & Rodeo
A full day of hands-on time with real equipment, led by the manufacturers who build it. Group sizes are capped so every technician gets direct time with the product instead of a seat in the back row. Session details to be announced.
Allied Health Pre-Conference Sessions
Dedicated clinical education for occupational therapists, physical therapists, driver rehabilitation specialists and assistive technology professionals, pairing evidence-based sessions with direct exposure to the adaptive mobility equipment you prescribe and recommend. Session details to be announced.
Lunch
Open to registered pre-conference attendees only. Break for lunch with fellow pre-conference attendees before afternoon sessions resume.
Volunteer Leadership Reception
A private reception recognizing the volunteers whose time and leadership drive NMEDA forward. Invitation only.

This is where the NMEDA Conference and Expo begins. Light refreshments, good conversation and the first handshakes of the conference. Reconnect with colleagues, meet the faces behind the names and settle in before the Opening Session takes the stage.

The Expo Hall opens and the NMEDA Conference and Expo comes to life. Join industry leaders, manufacturers, dealers, clinicians and partners for an evening of connection and discovery. Explore the newest mobility solutions, meet the exhibitors behind them and start the conference reconnecting with colleagues from across the mobility community.

Concurrent education sessions built around the way a dealership actually runs. Pick the track that fits your role and go deep. Three rounds of sessions, five rooms each round.

Kick off the evening by joining colleagues for cocktails, conversation and friendly bidding at the Auction and Cocktail Reception, held immediately before the NMEDA Hall of Fame Honors and Awards Banquet.
