Thursday–Saturday, January 21–23, 2027 · Rosen Shingle Creek
A dedicated track for VR counselors, state agency staff, case managers, and rehabilitation engineers who fund and coordinate adaptive mobility.

Programming Built for Agency Partners
Connect with the people, programs, and practices shaping adaptive mobility access.
This programming is designed for state Vocational Rehabilitation leaders, policy and funding decision-makers, counselors, and agency staff involved in developing, administering, authorizing, and funding mobility solutions for individuals with disabilities.
Sessions provide a practical introduction to NMEDA's Quality Assurance Program (QAP), state adoption of QAP, and the benefits of working with QAP-accredited dealers. Sessions will also explore best practices and guidelines for VR programs and how agencies can support safe, appropriate, and effective vehicle modification services. Attendees will have opportunities to connect directly with industry professionals and, in the Expo Hall, experience firsthand the equipment and technologies used to support adaptive transportation.
